Privacy policy

Information you provide

We store the details you send with event submissions, promotion inquiries and newsletter signups. Public event details and submitted artwork may appear in the calendar after review. Submitter contact information stays private and is used to review and respond to requests.

Newsletter signup

Our embedded newsletter form sends your email address directly to Brevo to manage subscriptions and deliver STB event updates. The form displays confirmation after Brevo accepts your signup. Follow any confirmation instructions sent to your inbox. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Addresses collected before this connection remain in our private website database until removed or transferred to our newsletter service. The removal form below applies only to that earlier website list; it does not unsubscribe you from Brevo.

Event analytics

We record visible listing impressions, event page views, outbound ticket clicks and submissions to understand how listings perform. These records contain event IDs, action types and timestamps. Ticket clicks also record the selected seller and a random browser-tab session ID so we can count sessions and repeated clicks. That ID is stored in session storage and is not linked to your name, email or newsletter subscription. Our event analytics do not store IP addresses or use advertising cookies.

Advertising and sponsorship inquiries

Advertising inquiries use the contact information and campaign details you submit so we can respond and discuss a partnership. Sponsored placements are labeled. We have connected Google AdSense to this site. Advertising availability depends on Google’s approval and our account settings. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information and other identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and learn how Google uses information from partner sites at Google’s partner-site privacy information. Where required, advertising consent choices are presented separately from newsletter consent. STB’s anonymous event analytics are separate from Google advertising services.

Ticket links and hosting

Ticket links take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies. Some links may earn STB a commission. The hosting platform processes technical request information to operate and protect the site.

Questions and removal requests

Use the inquiry form for a correction, data access or removal request. Choose “Privacy / correction” as the inquiry type and include the details needed to identify your request. We keep submitted information as needed to operate the calendar, follow up on requests and maintain newsletter preferences.
